We are on the hunt for a talented and analytical HRIS Program Manager to supervise the implementation and daily operation of our HR systems. You will lead the digital transformation of the OBE HR function across various functions - applicant tracking, onboarding, benefits, compensation, learning, performance management, and succession planning modules.
HRIS Program Manager Responsibilities:
- Serve as the subject matter expert and super user for all HR systems
- Manage the reporting of HR information and establish procedures for processing and maintaining employee data.
- Maintain data integrity in systems by regularly analyzing data and ensure all HR-related systems are compliant with data protection laws.
- Support leadership on structural policy matters related to the HRIS.
- Perform regular assessments and recommend improvements to the HRIS.
- Oversee all system upgrades and system additions in partnership with the IT department.
- Provide overall project management for all HRIS projects, implementations, designs and deployments.
- Work with internal resources and third parties/vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective execution of project deliverables.
- Design user-friendly processes, guidelines, and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum 5 years' experience working with HR systems.
- Experience working with UKG is required and applicant tracking system experience is preferred
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Strong detailed and conceptual thinking skills.
