Job Responsibilities

• Data Entry/Capture production in ERP system of completed inventory on Daily Basis
• Manage Inventory, Work Order, Routing in ERP System
• Facilitate new hire safety orientations and prepare their PPE
• Assist with managing PPE inventory and communicate the need for additional supplies
• Create purchase ordersand manage spending checkbook
• Design one-point lessons with guidance from leadership
• Create labels and stencils as needed
• Perform other miscellaneous tasks as requested
• Keep work areas safe and clean and communicate any unsafe conditions
• Contribute to a positive work environment
• Knowledge/Skills
• Ability to read/write and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group settings
• Ability to learn and use stencil and labeling equipment
• Basic Word, Powerpoint, and Excel skills
• Ability to use basic reasoning to understand and complete instructions
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

Education/Certification

• High school, trade school, or at least two years of related experience and/or training preferred

Physical/Mental/Environmental Demands

• Must possess mobility to work in a dual setting of a standard office and manufacturing environment
• Standard office includes the operation of equipment such as a computer, stamina to maintain attention to detail despite interruptions, vision to read printed materials and a computer screen
• This job involves the following physical demands: Walking, standing, bending, stretching, using hands and fingers to hold, grasp, push, and lift items
• A small percentage of work time is spent in a warehouse where temperatures can range from cool to hot and noise level can be moderate to high
• Lifting requirements are generally up to 40 pounds
