Stewarding Supervisor

What you will be doing:

  • Direct a shift - AM or PM depending on business demand. Oversee multiple hourly colleagues in various kitchen or event locations.
  • Chemical/equipment ordering
  • China/glass/silver/equipment maintenance. Ensure all equipment is in working order and report any items in need of repair.
  • Scheduling colleagues
  • Maintain the sanitation of kitchen equipment and other areas assigned to ensure optimum food safety
  • Managing stewarding requirements for banquet events.
  • Consistently offer professional, friendly and proactive guest service while supporting colleagues
  • Lead and manage the Stewarding team and ensure standards are followed
  • Balance operational and colleague needs
  • Work closely with F&B Management to anticipate guest needs
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Follow department policies, procedures and service standards
  • Other duties as assigned

Your experience and skills include:

  • Organized and a great team player
  • Passionate about maintaining a clean and safe working environment
  • Understanding of food safety and hygiene

Must be legally eligible to work in the United States. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining U.S. work authorization.
