  • Loan Administration is the division with Computershare Loan Services responsible for loan boarding, special loans, mail room, customer support and escrow. The Loan Administration Manager will be responsible for leading the loan transfer and data conversion teams.

A Role You Will Love
As a Loan Administration Analyst, you will be responsible for coordinating with business units throughout the company to analyze processes and controls, implement process changes and improvements, and prepare and publish company-wide reporting.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Analyze, develop, and implement methods to mitigate risk, improve operational efficiencies, and reduce expenses within Loan Administration.
  • Review current policies and procedures to identify process gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • Coordinate development and implementation of policies and procedures, process flows, and overall performance efficiencies within Loan Administration to ensure adherence to company best practices and investor/agency/insurer requirements and guidelines.
  • Develop, prepare, and publish reporting of key performance metrics for all functions within Loan Administration. Develop relationships with business unit leaders and vendors and maintain open, effective communication to ensure metrics appropriately reflect performance.
  • Evaluate company initiatives, analyze costs and risks, create project plans for new products and processes, and work with business unit leaders to facilitate implementation.
  • Other duties or tasks as assigned by management.

Other education and key skills required for the role include:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • 2 years Mortgage Servicing experience
  • Project Management, Audit, or Compliance experiences.
  • Previous experience with mortgage servicing systems.
  • Knowledge of industry standard business practices, procedures, and compliance requirements relating to the areas of Loan Administration.
  • Strong organizational and critical thinking skills, while being self-motivated and understanding sense of urgency.
  • Strong ability to communicate with outside vendors and internal employees of all levels for implementation of new and existing projects.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail.
  • Proficient knowledge of personal computers with advanced skills required in Excel, Access, Visio, and Power Point.

Compensation. $47,771 - $63,695 Salary
