Job Description:

As a Division Manager, you will hold leadership responsibility for implementing the company strategy that drives overall field sales excellence and delivers sales growth. In this role, you will encourage, develop, mentor and manage an impactful team of Regional Managers who are responsible for leading, developing and running PPG Store employees, Account Development Managers, and Territory Managers who support The Home Depot business. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the profit plan for the assigned region and ensure that profit and sales objectives are met.
• Identify, establish, and maintain key partner relationships in effort to build strategic account partnerships and defined programs - emphasis should be to improve share and revenue potential with a goal of supply exclusivity by building sales agreements.
• Coordinate the operation of company-owned paint fulfillment centers and/or Stores to ensure consistency and efficiency in sales and store operations.
• Analyze key performance and efficiency metrics to ensure the region achieves the highest standards of performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years proven experience managing a team and demonstrated track record of selling success; Master's Degree preferred.
• Lead a team of up to 5 subordinates and 150 indirect reports.
• Experience with CRM software tools, sales analytics and territory reporting and planning is a plus.
• Travel within the United States required.
