The position of Learning and Development Manager is for the Logicpath division within Looms. We are a team of tech savvy cash inventory management experts passionate about helping financial institutions success.

As the leader of the Learning and Development team, you will collaborate closely with Logicpath internal program managers to include client services, implementation, and development to create learning and training programs for a customer with a multitude of application use cases and needs.

Function

The Learning and Development Manager will create and lead all client education and training systems while developing and managing internal and external knowledge bases. The Learning and Development Manager works within the training department to deliver highly effective and scalable client training practices to ensure clients have a deep understanding of Logicpath software applications.

Responsibilities

• Formulate training policies and content, utilizing knowledge of logicpath application capabilities and best practices.


• Ensures that training materials and programs are current, accurate and effective

• Develop and document firm training initiatives and programs


• Design and update application user and admin training manuals and online help menu as required


• Work in conjunction with application project Implementation team and Client Service team to train new and existing clients.


• Organizes, develops, and maintains reference library, multimedia content and other educational materials contained in client support portal.


• Work with Client Experience Manager, Marketing and Business Development departments to ensure training content and collateral is consistent to logicpath brand.

Skills and Experience

• Knowledge of teaching theory for creating instructional materials


• Instructional experience in group business setting


• Strong understanding of business goals and standards for customer service

• Exceptional time management, organizational skills, and communications skills (written and oral)


• Ability to effectively organize and manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously


• 5+ years of internal Learning and Development experience


• People management experience - with a record of accomplishment of developing talent a nd supporting career growth


• Ability to operate flexibly in a fast-paced, continuously evolving environment and catering to a wide range of stakeholders and partnering teams.

Bachelor's Degree, minimum

Lifting/Environmental Requirements

Ability to sit at a computer for 8 hours or more

Must be able to work core hours (8:30 AM - 5:30 PM ), unless otherwise prearranged

Ability to work at the main office , home, on the road, or in a satellite location, as directed by management.
