Job Description:

Description: Our client is currently seeking a Recruiter to champion and guide the hiring process
-REMOTE!
-CONTRACT
This job will have the following responsibilities:
- Sourcing and qualifying Creative candidates for a wide range of disciplines including Concept, Environment, Character, Animation, VFX, Tech Art, Audio
- Narrative Full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, ending with making offers Stakeholder management of assigned client teams
- Reporting on recruiting progress
- Work with team leaders to align their business needs with your recruiting strategies to provide diverse candidate pipelines.
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting
- 1+ years of experience with portfolio based recruiting of Creatives within the entertainment/tech industry Knowledge of talent sourcing via online artistic communities (Artstation, etc)
- Experience sourcing passive candidates from top companies Experienced in building meaningful customer relationships across departments
- Highly articulate with everyone from your coordinator to our CTO
- Experience working with Greenhouse or comparable Applicant Tracking Software Demonstrated knowledge of complex VISA scenarios Experience with tools/systems like Salesforce, Workday, Tableau
