Description: Our client, a leading healthcare organization, is currently seeking a Digital Data Solution Manager
to join their existing team


This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Digital Data Understanding: Knowledge of online and offline digital analytics solutions, products, and vendors (Adobe, Google, or equivalent)
  
  


• Requirement Generation: Works with analytics, product, and marketing teams to identify data structure requirements that drive actionable business insights


• Solution Development: Helps develop digital architectural strategies, direction and proof of concepts that allow the business to deliver new customer acquisition strategies in the digital footprint


• Build Solutions: Help to build a digital data and analytics ecosystem (Data/BI) that drives improved business intelligence through best-in-class data solutions


• Document and Roadmap: Develop, document, present, roadmap, and gain buy-in of solutions, models, diagrams, and with internal stakeholders


• Manipulate Data: Understand various data ingestion, storage and processing technologies (SQL, Python, APIs, etc.) to transform data into new structures that drive innovation


• Secure: Understands and ensures data security and privacy standards are implemented at all stages of data solution development


• Independent: Able to manage data projects end-to-end with little to no supervision


• Maintain: Understand data definitions and maintain data governance around data collection/storage

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Digital Data Proficient: Adobe Analytics, Paid Search/Display/Social Data
  
  


• Excellent with Microsoft Excel, Power Point


• Domo, Tableau, Python/R, SQL, APIs


• Self-starter and highly motivated


• 5-8 years of experience


• Fast paced environment, Matrix organization


• Strong communication and presentation skills needed


• Cross functional collaboration (preferably SCRUM environment)
