Location: Hayward, CA
Description: The Judge Group has partnered with a Fortune 500 food manufacturer in the Hayward Area to find an plant Infrastructure and Environmental Manager for their team. The right candidate has previous Environmental Engineering experience coupled with an environmental background dealing with California regulations, ammonia, waste water, hazardous materials, and food related processes.
**Company will pay for relocation for candidates within California**
This job will have the following responsibilities:
- Manage all plant environmental compliance programs in accordance with California laws and regulations
- Study, analyze, and be point of contact for all ammonia and refrigeration testing, upgrades, complications, and work
- Train all employees on environmental impacts to the community from the plant and all safety training for related systems
- Collaborate with Maintenance team on reliability systems and equipment upgrades
- Provide guidance on improvements to existing resource conversation programs
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 10+ years of related experience
- Previous Maintenance Engineering or Environmental Engineering experience
