Location: Arlington, TX
Salary: $60,000-$65,000
Description:
Judge Direct Placement is seeking a LOCAL Customer Service Manager in Arlington, Tx area! The candidate will be responsible for all customer service functions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage 7-10 employees including Customer Service Specialist, Custom Materials Specialist, and Purchasing Coordinator
- Works with business partners across the company to automate processes
- Assist Customer Specialist in troubleshooting orders
- Identify and coordinate supplier resources for product training
- Act as a resource in resolving customer issues
- Identify process improvement opportunities
- Supervise and training team members
- Provide feedback to other departments of the company
- Participate in meetings as requested by management
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail
- 5+ years experience in customer service
- Packaging industry knowledge
- Demonstrate time management and multitasking skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Ability to use various CRM systems
