About the Team:

Business Enablement and Optimization (BE&O) is part of the US Digital Operations Organization.

The BE&O group supports the US Business be data led by driving actionable Data & Insights, measuring outcomes of strategic objectives, and supporting the adoption of Digital Platforms and the acceleration of digitally-enabled business.

This role will support the new Digital Operations efforts with a strong lean toward actionable data and help to drive the adoption of US Digital systems and tools.

Key Qualifications:


  • Experience with developing inside "Microsoft Power Platform"

  • Candidates do NOT need to be a full-stack software developer, but will have should have some experience/education in any/all:


  • Traditional software development (.NET, Python)

  • Database modeling/DBA experience

  • Familiarity using APIs (Rest/Soap)

  • Prior experience with DevOps integration

  • SQL experience


Four year college degree (or additional relevant experience in a related field). Minimum 5 years functional experience including a minimum of 3 years specific experience. Ability to make significant contribution to processes and systems.
