IACP seeks to hire various Project Associates to broadly support IACP efforts on our Programs team. 


 


Job Functions:


Working with IACP staff, project partners, and stakeholders, the Project Associate will assist with:



  • Organizing on-site training events and meetings, virtual meetings, webinars, and conference calls

  • Tracking project details including progress reports and training and technical assistance information

  • Development of project-related materials such as educational handouts, worksheets, evaluation forms, publications, videos, guidebooks, reports, webinars, workshop presentations, and fliers

  • Gathering information, policies, research, and resources and responding to project-related issues

  • Supporting project outreach, marketing, and information dissemination including social media and web site postings

  • Maintaining records in accordance with IACP and funding agency guidelines

  • Supporting IACP team projects and efforts, as needed

  • Other duties as assigned


 Special Conditions and Work Environment



  • Travel will be required based on job responsibilities.

  • This is a grant funded position for which continuation funding will be sought

  • Work takes place primarily in an office environment

  • Light lifting, bending, and reaching may be required
