Hiring a new logo SaaS sales executive to win new business and continue to grow our impressive roster of clients within the healthcare vertical (payers, providers, pharma). Technology areas of focus will include Journey Orchestration, Customer Data Platforms (CDP), Conversational AI, Digital Messaging, Real-time Decisioning, and Personalization.

Our Digital Engagement Solutions (DES) team are a confident, consultative sales team who are regarded by clients as the trusted partner to bring them solutions that drive differentiated experiences in their digital channels for their customers/members/patients.

Job Responsibilities

In this role, you'll be a senior level individual contributor, responsible for a sales quota and new revenue within your defined territory. You'll be expected to:

  • Develop your territory strategy to grow the client and revenue base using your knowledge of the industry, solutions, and sales plays

  • Build and maintain account plans for large opportunities (>$1 million ACV)

  • Grow, prioritize, and progress a quality pipeline

  • Research and bring unique insights and perspectives to your prospective clients

  • Create and deliver compelling material, proposals, and presentations

  • Understand the healthcare vertical, challenges, your client's member and patient engagement strategies, and their buying process

  • Navigate large organizations, align stakeholders across customer experience, marketing, marketing operations, customer service, I.T., engagement channels, analytics, and more.

  • Partner with and bring together the right internal resources at the right time (pre-sales, services, customer success, technical architects, legal, executive leadership)

  • Maintain accurate account, contact and opportunity records in for reliable forecasting and reporting

  • Effectively address the client's member and patient engagement needs, positioning yourself and CSG ahead of the competition, and ensuring the client understands the value delivered by our solutions and why they should partner with CSG

  • Win new Digital Engagement Solutions business while aligning with our core values

Preferred Skills and Experience

Understandably, you won't have all the skills and experience listed below but if you have more than a few, we'd love to get to know you better. These include:

  • Experience selling or implementing customer journey, CDP, decisioning, personalization, customer engagement, or messaging technology

  • 5+ years experience selling enterprise level SaaS solutions to healthcare clients (payer, provider, pharma)

  • Senior level experience working within a healthcare environment, with knowledge of systems, tools, strategy, applications, regulations, etc.

  • Experience with Marketing, Customer Experience, Customer Service, Operations and Technology teams on complex, long, and highly competitive sales-cycles

  • History of quickly building rapport, trust, and credibility with executive leaders (decision makers, influencers, economic stakeholders, etc.)

  • Ability to read a room, assess selling situations, qualify deals quickly, and utilize internal resources in the smartest way

  • Experience building business cases with clients to understand ROI drivers, and define a path to getting started to help accelerate buying decisions

  • Formal consultative sales methodology training - ex. Challenger Sales

  • A history of leading, competing, and winning major SaaS deals and exceeding quota

  • Ability to drive a sales process in a highly competitive environment, influence change, accurately forecast deals, and negotiate commercial and contractual terms

Preferred Education

Post-secondary or master's degree in business, technology, or another related field.


Must be able to travel domestically approximately 25% of the time.
