About the Position:


Our Parts Accounting Clerk at our Billings, MT location is responsible for ordering and maintaining our Caterpillar and Allied parts on a daily basis. This position works closely with the Parts Counter Sales and warehouse personnel. This position is vital in maintaining our parts inventory for our customers and branch stores. This position will be responsible for processing parts claims and coding parts invoices.  


Qualifications & Experience Needed:


Must have a valid driver's license, high school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 2-3 years' parts and clerical experience. Must have computer skills in using DBS, SIS and Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, self-motivated, and attention to detail.
