We are actively seeking Grounds Helpers to join our 1st shift at our Springboro, Ohio Plant

Positions start off at $18 per hour 

Overtime starts after working 8 hours worked

Grounds Helpers are responsible to assist in performing duties to insure the proper and safe handling of products from the production areas to yard storage.  Also, to insure a smooth and safe flow of products from the storage areas onto trailer for shipments to jobsites. Ideal candidates will be able to work Monday - Friday starting at 6:30 am - Finish

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• One year experience in the pre-cast/pre-stressed concrete industry, preferred


• Ability to work outdoors  


• Valid driver’s license required.


• Certified equipment operator a plus; travel lift and/or tow motor a plus


• Ability to follow instructions and work independently

General Duties:

• Assist in hooking up products for loading and unloading


• Use of hand signals to escort equipment operators for setting, lifting or maneuvering production pieces during loading/unloading process


• Operate electronic hand held scanners for verification of production pieces during storage process


• Will gather, at start of shift, shims, steel blocks, homosote, rack pins, and wood blocking used for the days production
