An incredible opportunity has opened for a Long Term Acute Care RN Manager in the breathtaking state of Montana. This exciting role is located north of Missoula at a critical access hospital hosted near Baldy Mountain.

This Long Term Acute Care RN Manager will have the opportunity to work at a 45 licensed hospital facility. This non-profit facility is searching for a professional who is able to create positive interpersonal relationships with staff and patients, has success with hospital surveys, and is willing to jump in and help with patients at times. This Long Term Acute Care Manager will work at a community-oriented hospital that includes its skilled nursing facility in the critical access hospital facility. This Skilled Nursing Facility Manager will have support from different skilled nurses and healthcare professionals throughout the hospital. This Long Term Acute Care RN Manager will oversee 23 skilled nursing facility nurses and long term acute care nurses.

The Long Term Acute Care Manager will be responsible for ensuring that long term acute care nurses are practicing within their scope of practice, developing new policies, developing staff schedules, performing other administrative duties, and other assigned tasks.
