About this Position: 

The CoE Support Admin. (Regional) is accountable for overall management of the CoE administrative activities for their region.

 

Responsibilities include:


  • On-board and off-board GSP CoE team members

  • Incident Management Help Desk Ticket Monthly Reporting Lead/periodic audits/trend analysis – reporting to Honda Motor

  • Place orders for Software & Office supplies

  • Produce and distribute data reports such as Goods Receipt Invoice Receipt Variances, Integration Review, and other RevTrac reports

  • Kronos & Contractor Timecard Reconciliation approvals

  • Manage visual management boards

  • Support Business Plan activities

  • Support and participate in special projects

  • Produce weekly announcements

  • P-Card reconciliation

  • Department Evacuation Drill Representative  

 

Who we are seeking:

Required Work Experience:


  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Accounting, Procurement, or Office Management

Required Education:


  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field; or equivalent experience 

Desired skills:


  • Lotus Notes, Outlook, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Office experience

  • Ability to multi-task

  • Strong communication skills

  • Ability to document processes

  • Strong attention to detail
