Job Description:

The Programmatic Solution Expert will act as an extension of Inmar’s Martech client teams and deliver tangible value through the application of Inmar’s Programmatic solutions. As a member of the Client Development team, the Solution Expert will be responsible for developing and maintaining a deep understanding of the CPG industry and Inmar’s role in particular. They will identify opportunities to improve CPG business as well as non endemic business and drive strategic initiatives.

Primary Accountabilities: 

Strategic (40%)


  • Consult with customers, providing product knowledge & industry guidance on best practices to effectively leverage Inmar's Programmatic capabilities


  • Responsible for providing new product/service ideas based on client needs and being an information source with regard to how Inmar’s products can provide a competitive advantage


  • Create proposals for new clients.  Utilize learnings from previous engagements to drive strategy for future initiatives


Influence (40%)


  • Meet quarterly and annual sales quotas


  • Establish and develop trusted relationships with an assigned portfolio of clients specifically in the technology organization


  • Maintain strong relationships and communication with Sales, Product, Engineering and other key internal teams to support overall client growth


  • Collaborate with clients on product and service extensions that could deliver incremental value


Technical (20%)


  • Serve as product and capability expert in a pre-sales capacity


  • Answer questions from technology teams during the sales process and during the transition to implementation and client success teams 


  • Ideate with client and come up with solutions for technology challenges or custom technology implementation and configuration needs during the sales process


Required Skills & Qualifications:


  •  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent


  • 5+ years of technical account management or customer development experience


  • Knowledge and experience working with POS providers, CRM solutions, Loyalty systems, Media technologies and digital promotions


  • Client-facing experience ideally with Retailers, Brands and Ad Agencies


  • Strong presentation and communication skills including proven ability to effectively communicate with senior leadership


  • Ability to travel as needed up to 30%
