Description: Our client is currently seeking a Accounting Assistant 1
Entry level - 100% remote!


This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Duties: This is an entry level role in to Accounts Payable - Candidate should be part problem solver, part decision maker. The ideal Financial Service Specialist is caring, compassionate, enthusiastic, solutions-oriented and committed to providing outstanding customer service to our vendor partners every day.


• Hours of Operation: 5:00am-8pm PST


• Shifts: Full-time positions available, times will vary upon business need. Schedule flexibility is required and expected.


• Training: Must successfully complete and graduate a paid training program.
  
  

A day in the life...

• Process vendor invoices accurately and timely manner to ensure payment of goods.


• Ability to research and investigate discrepancies, partner with internal and external teams to find resolution to issues, and be able to communicate clearly and concisely to all necessary partners.


• This role will learn a variety of tasks to do with invoices not limited to updating terms, data entry, account information, and processing for timely payment.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• High school, GED or vocational school diploma.


• Ability to independently apply strong analytical, problem-solving and decision making-skills.


• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and co-workers.


• Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.


• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department needs, including occasional weeke
