Responsibilities

• Act as the Implementation Services Team focal point for project coordination, interfacing with Customers, Vendors, Finance and Sales




• Manage implementation projects and act as Single Point of Contact for customers (internal/external) during implementation process




• Create accurate and applicable work orders for provisioning resources to follow




• Provide direction for the installation technicians/engineers related to scheduling and availability of personnel to include methods and procedures




• Review installation activity to assist in defining internal/external support requirements




• Track all collocation, circuit and equipment orders and assist with provisioning services




• Maintain database integrity for all new services and/or locations added to the network




• Interface with customers (internal/external) and Engineers to review technical requirements




• Assist with the development of service proposals.




• Respond to test and turn-up technical issues and provide assistance in resolution




• Manage multiple ongoing implementation projects for both internal and customer projects




• Track and improve upon general methods, processes and deliverables for projects




• Manage project timelines and customer’s expectations

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of project management methodologies




• Ability to influence and bring internal and external stakeholders together




• Knowledge of project management tools and reporting




• PMP or Prince2 Practitioner certification preferred




• Knowledge of critical infrastructure customer implementations




• Laser focus on internal and external customer experience




• Diploma to a Bachelor's Degree preferred
