Responsible for assisting in the coordination of requests surrounding the retrieval & delivery of life cycle equipment, and furniture installations & reconfigurations for all employees. May also provide support to Project Coordinators, PM's, and/or Directors for designated projects. Job Description
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
Oversee warehouse and maintain FF&E inventory with use of forklift, pallet jack, dollies, and other essential equipment
Assist in the support of the disposition programs to maximize reuse, donation, recycling and avoidance of disposal and waste (i.e use of landfills)
Ensures the client's workplace model is followed correctly
Efficiently process and complete work order requests on a daily basis, and in a timely manner
Works with FF&E Asset & MAC Manager and Coordinators to obtain furniture plans and furniture lists for projects and reviews them for compliance with the workplace model
Assist with internal moves and furniture projects
KEY COMPETENCIES
Strong knowledge of furniture configuration, installation, and warehouse management
Capable of organizing and executing multiple projects
Superior oral and written communication skills required
Software competency: Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Warehouse Inventory System(s)
Client and customer service focus with strong organizational, technology and communication skills
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/TRAINING
A high school diploma is required at a minimum
Some college preferred
A minimum of 3 to 5 years of prior work experience in move management, furniture reconfigurations or project management field is preferred
Ability to develop excellent client relations
Strong technical capability and aptitude to learn new software and data and asset management programs
Good standing driving record required
Must have a valid driver's license
Must be able to lift at least 50lbs+
WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate with others and exchange accurate information. This job operates in and around a warehouse and professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office (i.e., computers) and warehouse equipment (e.g., forklift, pallet jack, dollies). This job also requires the operation of a box truck for deliveries, and loading/unloading product.
