Description
ASR Analytics, LLC, (a GCOM company) seeks compliance and performance support staff, including professionals with risk, controls, grants management, business process and/or systems analysis experiences, for full time assignments supporting Federal Government clients. Candidates are needed with 1-3 years of experience, preferably to include relevant experience supporting compliance with contractual, legislative, grants, or other legal authorities, CARES, Omnibus/CARES 2, ARPA, GPRA-MA, Evidence Act, DATA Act or OMB Circular A-123 or A-133 (Yellow Book) programs. Hands-on familiarity with 2 CFR 200 administrative and cost principles is highly desirable.
Position Requirements


  • Support programs for Federal Government clients:

    • Develop and maintain program and project management plans.

    • Develop and maintain policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

    • Support compliance program activities (including research of grant agreements evaluated under 2 CFR 200 principles), including work plan development, data call coordination, document collection, inspection and analysis, and compliance reporting.

    • Develop and execute risk management plans, including assessments, testing validation, and active/continuous monitoring.

    • Develop and maintain process documentation, including process flows, process narratives, job aids, desktop guides, risk, and control matrices.

    • Contribute to status reports.

    • Develop and support communications and briefing materials.



  • Facilitate on-site stakeholder meetings, including the capture and documentation of meeting minutes, key decisions, and action items.

  • Develop and execute a compliance and performance assessment plans (including evaluations related to grant agreements to ensure compliance with 2 CFR 200), including the identification of compliance requirements, performance metrics, alignment of performance with program requirements, compliance validation steps, and supporting working papers.

  • Develop business process models and related narratives that illustrate the current state of business operations.



Qualifications and Skills:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or other related fields.

  • 1-3 years of experience supporting compliance with contractual, legislative, or other legal authorities.

  • Active U.S. Federal clearance, National Agency Check and Inquiries (NACI) or higher, preferred.

Position-Specific Required Capabilities:


  • Experience supporting compliance or performance assessments, including support for grant programs.

  • Experience preparing and completing compliance or audit work plans and supporting working papers.

  • Critical thinker with excellent attention to detail.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong client and team interaction skills.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint).

  • Able to obtain a Minimum Background Investigation (MBI) Clearance from a Federal Government agency.



Position-Specific Desired Capabilities:


  • Experience supporting OMB A-133 or comparable compliance programs, emphasizing 2 CFR 200 conformance.

  • Experience supporting OMB A-123 programs.

  • Experience applying innovative approaches to streamline compliance and performance assessment activities (e.g., acquisition and use of data, advanced use of Microsoft Office products).

  • Experience with various forms of work paper / document tracking and management tools.
