Installation Administrator at Trinity Solar Careers in Holyoke, Massachusetts

Job Description:

The Installation Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling jobs with customers, third party inspectors and crews while preparing necessary documentation. 

Roles & Responsibilities 

• Review pipeline to determine and coordinate date of site work with customer and internal teams. 

• Provide professional and courteous communication to customers. 




• Update customer records within a database. 




• Strive to achieve monthly installation goals. 




• Work to better understand and overcome customer objections. 

Qualifications & Experience 

• Desired attributes include organizational and time management skills, strong decision making and problem solving, team player and attention to detail. 




• Professional and courteous communication through phone conversations, email and text messaging. 




• Ability to establish priorities systematically with focus and organization.    




• Proficiency with Microsoft Office. SalesForce.com experience is preferred. 




• Customer service experience is preferred.
