Analyst, SFMC Admin (Remote) at Scotts Miracle-Gro in Marysville, Ohio

What you'll do in this role:

• Triage requests submitted by our users.
  
  


• Diagnose root cause of issues, and recommend course of action to resolve reported issues.
  
  


• Work alone or with other team members to implement the necessary solution steps.
  
  


• Perform administration tasks such as needed across the Marketing Cloud platform.
  
  


• Build or update reports and dashboards as requested to meet user needs.
  
  


• Report on weekly or monthly issue status (new opened, closed, in progress, etc.).
  
  


• Identify patterns of issues and recommend approaches to reduce potential issues over time.
  
  


• Recommend process or automation improvements which can be implemented to improve the effectiveness of the overall SFMC platform.
  
  


• Partner with QA and Development teams during the delivery process as needed.
  
  


• Work with the Release Manager during the release process to ensure Salesforce sandboxes remain properly in sync.
  
  

What you'll need to be successful:

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  
  


• Ability to take ownership of job responsibilities without oversight from leadership
  
  


• Multiple years of experience serving in a Marketing Cloud administration or support role
  
  


• Experience with other Salesforce products (Service, Sales, Commerce, Experience, Pardot, etc.)
  
  


• General experience with other Marketing Technologies
  
  


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  
  


• Desire to learn and improve the CoE team, processes, and tools as it applies to the Marketing Cloud implementation
  
  
  

Certifications:

• Salesforce Administrator Certification - required
  
  


• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification - preferred
  
  


• Additional Salesforce Certifications - preferred
