Arthrex is actively searching for a Product Marketing Manager: Distal Extremities (DEX) & Trauma, to manage and lead downstream marketing initiatives within the DEX & Trauma portfolio. The successful candidate will build relationships with key customers and internal departments to help drive new business development and manage existing projects. Excellent interpersonal, presentation and leadership skills along with five plus years or more of related experience and a bachelor's degree are essential for this position. Main Objective:

The Product Marketing Manager will manage efforts on leading, planning, and executing downstream marketing efforts for Arthrex DEX and Trauma products.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Work closely with the Sr. Business Development Mgr., Product Management (PM) and Senior Director of Product Management to develop and manage promotional planning and execution for DEX & Trauma products and brands at Arthrex.

  2. Responsible for developing marketing plans that include targeting, value proposition, key messaging, market analysis, competitive analysis, promotional planning, trade show strategy, sales tool development, digital and web strategy and a revenue walk for each product category.

  3. Work closely w PM's and MarComm Project Manager to manage downstream launch plans via Workfront for new products including key messaging, photography, videos, marketing materials, sales tools, ads, white papers and training resources and trade show strategy for important new products

  4. Serve as liaison between Meetings & Exhibits, MarComm, PM Team and Societies and manage preparation and execution of sponsorship/marketing opportunities for all DEX/Trauma related tradeshows or society events.

  5. Manage and lead initiatives for educational patient-facing sites: and; including but not limited to content updates, surgeon finder management, weekly welcome package logistics, and promotional campaigns.

  6. Lead downstream communication initiatives to the field via AXIS Chatter, including weekly updates per product team, leaderboards and managing monthly update Teams calls.

  7. Conduct research with surgeons and reps to review and test messaging, gain feedback on materials, and obtain feedback on key products

  8. Provide creative direction on campaigns, marketing materials, sales tools, ads, etc. and work closely with the team's project coordinator to effectively move assets through the review and approval process in the MRM system.

  9. Work with Health Care Professionals (HCP) consultants to develop promotional ideas, review materials and support educational presentations to include key products and techniques

  10. Manage database of PM PowerPoints, video clips, images, surgical case examples, other resources and assist with final creative edits for both surgeon and rep-facing presentations for meetings and trainings as needed.

  11. Meet regularly with MarComm leadership to discuss priorities and timelines for DEX & Trauma product promotional assets and campaigns

  12. Work with Sales Leadership to develop tools and resources to support their efforts on the product lines

  13. In-office, Naples, FL- based position; not remote

  14. Travel for training, meetings, and trade shows may be required up to 25%

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree required; preferably in business or marketing; Master's degree preferred

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in medical device sales and/or product management and/or upstream marketing and/or downstream marketing is required.

  • Experience in the medical products industry highly preferred

  • Orthopedic experience is preferred

  • Understanding of all functions involved in developing, selling, and marketing of product is preferred.

  • Excellent Public speaking and presentation skills are required.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:

  • Skilled in working with different functions and effectively coordinates their activities to achieve desired results.

  • Excellent listening skills, including the ability to identify and isolate customers concerns or objections, in addition to excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • Excellent public speaking and presentation skills are required.

  • Proven success in developing and executing promotional campaigns for product launches.

  • Ability to develop strategic marketing plans.

Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:

  • PC and various and specialized software.

  • Computer proficiency in all Microsoft office applications required.
