Service Nation is seeking a Program Specialist to join our Alliance Premier team. In this role, you'll be responsible for the processes and systems for this program to ensure its effective and efficient operation. You are incredibly organized, able to keep multiple calendars in-sync and arrange meetings with multiple stakeholders. You build rapport quickly and easily and enjoy working with people from a variety of teams and backgrounds.
Responsibilities:
Manage the processes and systems for each of the 4 components of the Alliance Premier program:
One-on-coaching
Provide support for new and existing coaches
On-site visits
Coordinate on-site visits between coaches and clients
2-day workshops
Coordinate monthly workshops between coaches, clients, and events team
Contractor tours
Coordinate bi-monthly tours between coaches and clients
Inter-department coordination:
Graphics
Marketing
Sales
Billing

We offer a hybrid work environment, though expect our team to commute to Coppell and work in-office Tuesday through Thursday each week.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Proficient in Calendly, Flowmingo or equivalent
Experience in an administrative support role is ideal
Tech savvy - comfortable using and learning technology as an everyday part of your life
