Job Description: Highly skilled and independently operating Sales and Marketing professional owning key administrative and analytical functions. Assists with management of the portfolio of products for HFS Industrial to bring to market, research and analysis of market intelligence, sales outlook planning and reporting, and implementation of the marketing strategy to support that portfolio.

Role and Responsibilities


  • Develop and maintain Global Sales Plan, integrating market intelligence and Sharegain activities from global Sales Directors and Senior Sales Leadership
  • Support Senior Sales Leadership with monthly and quarterly sales analysis, reporting, and optimization recommendations. Owner of the global sales reporting and analysis process
  • Support Sales Leaders through ad-hoc sales and profitability analysis for

customers, lines of business, products, etc. and preparation of presentations and other analytical material.

  • Obtain market research yielding target market niches and customers for sales force pursuit and development. Conduct introductory analysis to evaluate market potential
  • Owner of the demand forecasting function for S&OP, S&OE processes, including driving build rate and demand modeling for North America (Truck, Trailer, Rail and others) and Global markets (Wind, Solar, Material Handling)
  • Consolidate build-rates, market trends and customer intelligence for the S&OP process, participate in the S&OP consensus forecast
  • Contact all major customers on a regular basis by phone or in-person and gather build rates, forecasts, business conditions and other information. Maintain and update associated contacts for major customers.
  • Provide data and recommendations for Supply Chain customer prioritization, hot parts lists, and dashboards
  • Support share gain and growth planning processes, provide key best practice, product application and opportunity sharing globally, perform tracking and analysis as needed
  • Analyze the competition and contribute to a database on related products (fasteners & tooling) with forecasts, volumes and market segment details
  • Support Sales participation in RFA process with sales and profitability analysis
  • Owner of customer playbooks for top 20 customers: products, pricing, competitive analysis, strategic roadmap, negotiation support materials.
  • Maintain full compliance with Company policies and procedures and conducts all activities in accordance with Company Standards of Business Conduct.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
