As a Program Manager supporting the customer, you will be trusted to work with the management team, engineering and operational resources to implement cross domain solutions that support requirements of varying complexity. In this role, a typical day will include:


  • Working on a team comprised of a wide variety of experienced personnel that provide coverage from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

  • Monitor the progress of multiple concurrent and highly visible projects and requirements,

  • Developing and managing resource loaded project schedules using MS project,

  • Articulate complex resource and technical issues to a range of audiences, and

  • Lead and manage enterprise level, multi-disciplinary cross-organizational project teams using the Agency Project Management Framework and Agile project management methodology.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.

  • Minimum of 6 years related experience.

  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of agency enterprise technical architecture, services-oriented architectures, security requirements, and operating environments, Agency IT components, missions and strategies, Familiarity with Intelligence Community issues, policies, systems, and working relationships. Strong analytic ability to evaluate programmatic data, resolve inconsistencies and propose solutions to project issues. PMP certification.

  • Security Clearance Level: Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph

Performs a variety of complex administrative and analytical tasks in support of one or more contract programs.

Develops plans, including budgets and schedules, and monitors tasks to meet contractual/project requirements for assigned program(s).

Establishes and defines program plan requirements and directs or performs in-depth studies to determine optimum program plans.

Monitors and reports performance against plans to ensure that contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met.

Interacts regularly with customers and other industry representatives to ensure conformance to customer requirements.

Performs business development activities.

Participates in special projects as required.

May provide guidance and work leadership to less-experienced analysts, and may have supervisory responsibilities.

May serve as a mentor to less experienced analysts.

May serve as team or task lead. (Not a people manager)
