The successful person in this role will:

• Manage a small project or phase(s) of a larger project over the entire lifecycle.


• Establish and implement project management processes and methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards and meet customer expectations


• Assemble project plans and teamwork assignments, directing and monitoring work efforts on a daily basis, identifying resource needs, performing quality review; and escalating functional, quality, timeline issues appropriately. 


• Track key project milestones and adjusting project plans and/or resources to meet the needs of all the stakeholders. 


• Coordinate communication with all the areas of the enterprise that impacts the scope, budget, risk, and resources of the work effort being managed. 


• Assist Project Manager(s) and/or Program Manager(s) in identifying and prioritizing opportunities to achieve the goals of the enterprise. 


• Manage one or more projects of medium to high complexity.


• Manages changes to the scope, schedule, and costs. 


• Ensure a common understanding be setting expectations in accordance with the project plan in order to align the stakeholders and team members. 


• Implement the approved actions and workarounds required to mitigate project risk events in order to minimize the impact of risk on the project.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, other related fields, or equivalent work experience


• 5 or more years of related work experience


• 2 or more years of experience managing projects


• Extensive Knowledge in the use of project management methodologies and tools, resource management practices and change management techniques.


• Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project
