Job Description:

Friendship Senior Options is hiring for a part-time day shift RN in the Home Care Department at its Friendship Village of Schaumburg location. Responsibilities include, but not limited to: medication check in and delivery, head-to-toe assessments, monitoring of vital signs, admission/resumptions of care, input orders, oversight to the maintenance of health and prevention of illness for independent living residents, etc. Must have strong ability to communicate professionally with physicians, pharmacy, families, and manager. Illinois licensure required. Current CPR card required. Home Health experience a plus.
