JOB SUMMARY: Under supervision, provides necessary support to the Human Resources function. Helps coordinate activities involving the onboarding and documentation of new employees.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Coordinates all new hire onboarding and processing including the review of information within Kronos for accuracy. Includes, but may not be limited to:

Setting up of usernames and passwords
Reviewing and auditing job titles, locations, wages, etc.
Reviewing rehires for eligibility
Ensuring completion of pre-employment testing (drug test, background check, etc.)

Manages and reviews Spin Up class attendance
Reviews all new hire paperwork for accuracy and completion. Reaches out to trainer, managers, and employees regarding issues, errors, and omissions
Completes E-Verify check within required time frame
Processes weekly uniform order for new managers, promotions, and new employees not participating in Spin Up
Creates electronic employment files for all new hires
Works in a highly collaborative manner with the internal and external subject matter experts to deliver Human Resources content.
Provides back up support to receptionist
Provides phone support to managers, supervisors, and field trainers as necessary
Maintains employee information updates in HRIS system
Other duties as assigned by Supervisor
