Location: Decatur, AR
Salary: 155000-165000
Description: The Judge Group is seeking an experienced Plant Director for a Food Manufacturer in Arkansas.
This position is located about an hour and a half East of Tulsa, OK and relocation is provided.
This facility is newly acquired and ideally looking for someone with previous experience in a start-up/turnaround plant, or strong CI experience. The Plant Director will be responsible for leading, developing, and maintaining production activities as well as the overall strategies, departmental policies and operational guidelines to positively affect the manufacturing of its products while meeting sales demands/business goals.
This person will report to the Global VP of Operations and have 6 direct reports. An ideal candidate will have:
- 8+ years Manufacturing experience
- 3+ years as Plant Manager/Director within Food Manufacturing
- Dry Ingredients highly preferred. Pet Food a plus!
- Ability to oversee multiple areas of the operation including Ops, Planning, Finance, HR, Maintenance/Engineering, site P&L
- Servant leadership style
- Plant start-up/turnaround experience
Our client is targeting a base of $155,000-$165,000
