Job Description:
Location: Wilkes-Barre, PA
Salary: $75,000-$85,000
Description: Judge Direct Placement is seeking a Process Engineer in Wilkes-Barre, PA area! The candidate will be responsible for product and process design as well as development and quality control for the operation.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain up to date process and quality specifications for all products
- Monitor production to ensure all processes are being followed
- Develop product and process to meeting quality and cost requirements for new products
- Work with designers and salespersons to create or modify products and processes
- Participate on project teams to specify and justify new materials and plant equipment
- Ensure products are consistently high quality and cost effective
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3-5 years extrusion experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
