Job Description

Job Summary:

The Associate performs various financial and accounting tasks. They will work closely with senior or executive teams, advising them on different reports, best practices, and relevant financial data. They work to assure accuracy and compliance with internal and external regulations and update their supervisors on the status of projects as needed.

Responsibilities, Duties, and Accountabilities:


  • Completing financial analyses on client portfolios

  • Creating client reports and analyze performance

  • Preparing budgets and financial reports

  • Analysis of first line portfolio review

  • Offering advice on fiscal procedures

  • Managing client account records

  • Handling client payments

  • Working closely with senior/executive teams

  • Providing compliance guidance/relations to client portfolio transactions


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university required. Degree in accounting, business, or related field preferred.

  • 1-2 years of experience as an analyst or associate in the financial or professional services sector preferred

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Highly organized and motivated

  • Able to manage multiple projects

  • Provide first rate customer service

  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Experience with Microsoft Office software
