Job Description




The Product Manager will work with customers to constantly understand and communicate their needs to product developers, monitor the competition, launch new products, manage product positioning and differentiation. The Product Manager acts as the internal voice of the customer, will be focused on business goals and increasing revenue for Diatherix.




Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Product line Strategy, lifecycle management, new product introduction of the assigned product lines within Eurofins Diatherix.


• Defines and ensures design, features, specifications, and positioning of the portfolio area aligned with markets and business requirements and regulatory expectations.


• Work with the business leaders/business unit manager to define Diatherix strategies.


• Assist with Product Development prioritizations.


• Assure the voice of the customer is brought into the product development process.


• Manage expectations with key stakeholders.


• Contribute to defining the marketing strategies and provide the content for marketing communication.


• Work with cross-functional partners to achieve agreed revenue, volume, and margin target in AOP.


• Contribute to return-on-investment analyses, and quarterly/yearly business reviews.


• Contribute to the overall product vision and roadmap to building innovative solutions and enable achievement of business objectives.


• Liaise with Product Developers and Business Unit Manager to deliver the Product Roadmap.


• Write detailed business requirements and prioritize them within the program schedule and product roadmap.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Business or Science

• At least 5years of experience in Product Management


• Strong experience in business analysis in Clinical Diagnostics and/or Biotechnology industry.


• Experience with USA and EU regulations regarding Clinical Diagnostics, LDT and 510K(IVDR)


• Demonstrate proficiency in defining marketing strategies and usage of market analytics tools.


• Experience with clinical testing within a laboratory environment.


• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.


• Ability to work independently and with a team


• Excellent communication skills.


• Excellent presentation skills


• Excellent analytical, problem solving and strategic thinking


• Detail-orientated, able to adapt quickly and work well under pressure


• Perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrentlyAbility to manage relationships with both internal and external customers.

• Position requires 33% travel

Position is full-time, Monday- Friday 8:00am- 5:00pm, (Schedule Varies)
