What you will do:
We are looking for a committed occupational therapist who can function well within a team concept of rehabilitation professionals.
Responsibilities:
Perform evaluations and re-evaluations according to standards and recommended techniques, establishes, implements, and adapts an individualized treatment plan of care (including appropriate goal setting, treatment activities and frequency) and , documents accurately, completely, and timely.
What you will need:
Graduate of an approved Occupational Therapy program with a Bachelor of Science or Master's degree
Current NYS OT license and registration
Flexibility, exceptional clinical reasoning skills, and excellent communication skills are essential.
