Job Summary:
Answer phone calls and provide excellent customer service in call center. Schedule patients for variety of outpatient tests, including Radiology, Vascular, Mammography, and Speech. Pre-register patients.

Qualifications:
High School Graduate/Equivalent
2-3 years working in a healthcare environment; prior scheduling experience a plus
Familiar with third party payer requirements.
Bilingual (Spanish speaking) a plus.
Excellent customer service and phone skills.
Excellent PC skills
Ability to work under occasional stress.
