This position focuses on the oversight of PMA's Microsoft 365 Platform applications in support of the company's delivery of services customers as well as the internal employee collaboration and productivity needs. It also incorporates management and oversight of other collaboration tools such as Zoom, Box, and Slack, being used within the organization.
Active engagement is required with teams providing productivity and collaboration services. This includes security, desktop/network engineers, citizen developer communities, cloud storage management, and governance oversight committees. This position has accountability for the external vendor management (or joint ownership in the case of Microsoft) in support of the applications utilized.
Define and manage budgets, projects, and governance processes
Hiring, managing, coaching and developing direct reports
Manage and govern associated vendors and service providers (possibly a joint effort with certain vendors such as Microsoft)
Provide metrics to measure key service indicators with a focus on availability, platform resilience and business value.
Monitor and optimize technology software licenses options, coordinating with holding company enterprise contracts
Establish platform growth and budget projections to continue support of the organization's business strategy goals
Partner with technology and business support teams to facilitate coordination and alignment of collaboration tools to our technical environment
Help organize and coordinate steering and governance committee meetings. Lead presentations.
Oversight of inventory of products/processes to ensure organizational alignment to corporate business strategy, avoidance of duplicate or siloed processes, and adherence to best practices related to security and development
Oversight of the resources library to include roadmaps, videos, how tos, FAQs, tips and tricks, known issues and success stories
Organize and lead a formal Change Application Board to assess and coordinate product changes being introduced
Actively participate in technology projects and steering committees where collaboration platforms are being utilized
Demonstrate commitment to Company's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, and apply knowledge of compliance policies and procedures, standards and laws applicable to job responsibilities in the performance of work.

Requirements:
Advanced knowledge and proven experience in Microsoft 365 application components. Includes broad understanding of the entire Microsoft 365 offering of products/services
Proven success in managing complex vendor relationships across multiple parties and domains
Effective team empowerment and oversight skills, with evidence of staff development accomplishments
Experienced with proactive communication across all levels of the organization
Ability to learn business processes and apply knowledge learned to provide technology recommendations to meet business needs
Proven project management skills and success leading projects
