Linde is seeking a Digital Asset Specialist to join our team located in Ankeny, IA.
Digital Asset Specialist
- Manage digital assets used for web commerce, digital solutions and other applications that will use the assets using the Digital Asset Management System implemented in LINDE
- Responsible for the assisting in the overall strategy, implementation, and workflow of Digital Asset Management Systems for LINDE
- Acts as the Primary Liaison between LINDE and various media content providers and internal and external photographers as required
- Responsible for providing all required metadata for assets
- Facilitate retrieval of assets for other business users
- Processes raw images using appropriate software as required
- Maintains accurate procedures and records for the system
- Keeps informed of latest Digital Asset Management technology trends and innovations
- Assist in maintaining product information to include marketing copy and specifications
- Other duties as identified and assigned
- College degree preferred in the areas of Business, Marketing/Advertising, Graphic Design, eCommerce, or Information Management
- Proficient MS Office
- Advanced MS Excel Skills
- Advanced MS Access skills
- Strong oral and written communication
- Must be able to effectively manage large sets of data
- Must be able to meet strict timelines
- Experience working with JD Edwards is a plus
- Experience with Riversand or a similar PIM platform is a plus
- Must be able to interact with colleagues across multiple business units
