Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. is seeking a Sr. Support Analyst to join our team located in Ankeny, IA.


The Sr. Support Analyst will be responsible for providing expert customer services to JDE users primarily via phone support and IT-enabled conferencing tools. This role is the primary resource for other JDE
Support team members.



JDE Support Analyst

• Answer end-user JDE questions or issues relative to the JDE functional areas including:

• Sales Order Processing
• Operations
• Procurement / Hard Goods inventory
• Container Management
• Administrative tasks

• Develop best practices for system usage
• Collaborate with JDE project team members to identify potential system enhancements / changes
• Assist ITS to communicate, prioritize, test and implement system changes / enhancements
• Partner with ITS Help Desk team as the support for JDE incidents
• Maintain and update ServiceNow tickets
• Other duties as assigned

• High School Degree required; College degree preferred
• JDE experience required
• Highly proficient in desktop PC use and other technology (printers, networking)
• Team Player: ability to collaborate across functions
• Self-starter: Desire to learn new tools and skills
• Problem solver
• Customer focused
