Service Nation, an EverCommerce company, is seeking a Full Time Member Experience Representative to join the team! In this role, you'll act as the point of contact for inbound leads, outbound leads and onboarding new members. You will also perform various member support related duties to provide the best member experience.

The EverCommerce team is distributed across North America, with more than 40 office locations in the U.S. and Canada. This role is remote. Our office is in Coppell near the north entrance of DFW. You will need to be located in the DFW area. Our collaborative, open-plan office space is filled with high-energy, talented people who enjoy weekly lunches, and collaborating with their co-workers.
What you'll be doing:
Answer the phones quickly and professionally
Call members to update credit cards
Act as point of contact for our new and existing members
Analyze customer feedback and develop new techniques to ensure customer retention
Manage a high number of clients at different stages within the onboarding process with a sense of ownership and urgency
Provide high-touch, efficient customer service to members using email, phone, and video conferencing applications.
Schedule and complete online tours for new members.
Follow-up with canceled members to win-back their business.
Attend Company-sponsored events.
Process online membership registrations
Assemble and Send out Membership Packets
Other duties, as identified and assigned.
Experience and Skills:
One year related work experience required
Technical software experience a plus, but not required
Must be friendly, professional, and committed to creating long-term relationships with our customers
Organized, detail-oriented individual capable of meeting short-deadline projects on a daily basis
Strong writing and phone skills.
Critical thinker and a willingness to problem-solve
A team player who performs well independently
Ability to multitask, take direction and execute with precision
Must be a confident, adaptable self-starter who thrives in an empowered, fast-paced environment

Our cash compensation range for this role is $19-23/hr in DF & most remote locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
