YOUR ROLE
Full ownership and management of the CRM tool for industrial Loctite business in North America
Develop the B2B CRM Strategy in alignment with the business objectives
Plan the B2B CRM Campaign Calendar with the B2B agency and internal marketing and business stakeholders.
Develop campaign toolkits (email templates etc.) to be able to repurpose & run campaigns faster and more consistently, aligned to the calendar.
Create smart customer segmentation methodologies
Lead the set-up of ways of working to drive efficiencies and best practice sharing with cross-functional stakeholders of Loctite North America business
Lead the operations team in the agency to ensure quality implementation of campaigns
Work with the operations team in the media agency to ensure delivery of reporting and insight, meeting business KPIs, and implement appropriate test and learn plans
Engage and coordinate with multiple stakeholders of the organization (Marketing, inside sales, sales, customer experience) and partner agencies to help define agreed objectives, processes, campaign briefings, and reporting/measurement.
Coordinate standard database dashboard reporting and insights
Engage your day-to-day stakeholders with CRM communications activity and share the insights driven by the marketing programs
Fully understand the CRM Strategy and give input to cross-functional teams about end-to-end demand and new opportunity generation
YOUR SKILLS
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing with specialization in digital marketing
Strong interest in digital marketing and willingness to work with digital tools and infrastructure
Interest in marketing automation technologies: Adobe, Salesforce, SAP
Interested in learning and using data analytics tools – Google Analytics, Marketo Analytics, POWER BI
Must be a good influencer, to work with technology (e.g., product owners) as well as business teams to help bring everyone together to deliver great consistent, and impactful digital campaigns
Willing to work in high performing Digital teams
Must be self-motivated with the ability to multi-task successfully and operate within budgetary and timeline constraints
Result-oriented and focused on delivering on-time campaign activations
Comfortable with providing creative feedback and driving performance to creative and media agencies
Strong analytical and data-driven insight skills
Interest in web content creation and maintenance, campaign activation, and optimization
Good written and verbal communication (clear, accurate, complete, and actionable)
The salary for this role is $71,700.00 - $83,900.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Connecticut. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
