About InHome

Walmart InHome is a membership program that delivers fresh groceries directly into customers' kitchen or garage fridges. We're a scrappy, entrepreneurial team that's obsessed with simplifying shopping and finding ways to make our customers' lives easier.

Walmart InHome is currently in six markets with plans to expand nationally, reaching 30 million households by the end of this year. This is a large & growing area for Walmart as it expands its role in helping make customers lives simpler and saving them time & money every day.

The customer experience team is looking for a Consumer Experience Manager I, eComm; InHome to support the design and implementation of the customer experience strategy for Walmart's premium membership program.

What you'll do

The core work includes defining the optimal customer experience & partnering with the business and operations teams to bring that to life. It requires an ability to understand and interpret both qualitative and quantitative data, to identify friction and pain points in the members journey & translate that into end-to-end journey maps. This role will work closely with the Walmart+ membership team and other various departments across the company to turn the insights into action and a create customer experience strategy and roadmap. Most work is project based of both large and small size.

The ideal candidate will be an innovative, data-driven, strategic, & results-oriented leader with a strong passion for the customer. This individual must be a team player and must be able to collaborate with and influence partners across the organization. We are looking for someone who will think big, ruthlessly prioritize to focus on the highest impact efforts, and mobilize cross-functional partners to execute against an aggressive growth roadmap.

The preferred work location for this opportunity is New York City. We will also consider San Francisco, Bay Area and Bentonville, AR.

  • You've been a part of multi-organizational programs before and have the high level of detail and organization required for success.

  • You've led or supervised Customer Care or Call Center Operations before.

  • You're highly skilled at leading multiple simultaneous projects.

  • You possess a great deal of energy and a positive attitude.

  • You thrive and enjoy Startup / Incubation environments, often creating something from scratch.

  • You have a deep understanding of customer's, customer journey's and communication journeys.

  • You have expertise in working in a cross functional environment, often in complex organizational matrixes.



Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business or related field

Preferred Qualifications

Intermediate Level in Microsoft Office

Experience in Ecommerce

Four years of experience in related area
