JOB SUMMARY 

This role assists with the assessment of current state needs and helps shape a strategy for the CWB Distribution Channel in developing and leading efforts to grow sales, both from new and existing clients by finding, building, and supporting a compelling suite of differentiated enrollment solutions. These solutions and initiatives are utilized and executed on by sales distribution, as well as internal teams to achieve our growth objectives and financial targets. Incumbent will work to improve CWB’s competitive position and enrollment support model to ensure maximum growth and profitability by allocating resources and investing in high-potential initiatives and in areas of competitive importance. This individual will also work to ensure we are leveraging innovative tools and solutions to assist our distribution with driving growth in existing customer accounts as well as account and employee retention.

RESPONSIBILITIES  


  • Supports a cohesive strategy for CWB around enrollment technology capabilities -telephony, ben admin platforms, existing block growth, and enrollment systems to drive sales growth.

  • Develops market leading enrollment insights. Strives to match current capabilities with market needs while establishing a business case and building consensus for both short and longer-term innovations and deliverables that generate the best opportunity for broad based marketplace success.

  • Collaborates and aligns capabilities needed for CWB to support the strategy with IT, Finance, Sales, Operations, and Underwriting, in alignment with expected partner activities and CWB needs and expectations.

  • Ensures execution and activation of enrollment and employer engagement strategies; working in conjunction with internal colleagues and external agencies and business partners, contributes to the development and execution of technology-based enrollment and engagement road maps.

  • Monitor and measure results while creating action plans as needed for field execution; aligns capabilities needed to support the strategy and partners with the Operations, IT, Finance, Product, Project Management, and Sales Executive Management Team to develop an integrated enrollment strategy

  • Consultative ability, solution-oriented and able to effectively collaborate and influence cross-functionally, achieving results despite organizational barriers

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

  • Experience in leading transformative initiatives

  • Familiarity and demonstrated experience with the technology platforms in benefit delivery

  • Demonstrated team leadership

  • Possesses client management leadership experience across all large and middle market segment sizes

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Voluntary benefits, preferably both individual and group products
