ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
All guest relations staff must have a passion for meeting guest's needs. Indiana Grand Guests Relations Representatives help make the guests experience the best at Indiana Grand Racing & Casino. As a representative, you must be a strong relationship builder, high achiever, high level of organization, excellent attention to detail and the willingness to go above and beyond.
Primary Responsibilities
Performs all other duties as assigned.
QUALFICATIONS
High school diploma or GED and guest service experience required. Experience in switchboard operations preferred. Must possess strong communication skills, be flexible and detail oriented. Ability to read and write; basic computer knowledge; active listening skills; ability to meet goals and deadlines; knowledge of horse racing terms, betting and programs. Must be able to obtain an Indiana Horse Racing License.
REQUIRED PERSONAL COMPETENCIES
Responsible for fostering a fun environment. Responsible for being gracious to all guests and co-workers. Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs. Ensures that behavior and appearance are in compliance with established standards. Maintains a professional work environment with management and staff.

Indiana Grand Racing & Casino is a smoking establishment, therefore must be able to work in a smoking environment. Must be able to work in a highly populated fast-paced and noisy environment.
