We are the Sales & Marketing Search Division of Lucas Group; a Korn Ferry company and we source and recruit the top Sales & Marketing talent in the nation. We are growing our division across the country, and we welcome the opportunity to talk about our award-winning team with you!

This role will sit in our Houston office. There will be an opportunity for remote work, but you must be commutable to the Houston office.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for supporting assigned Recruiters within the Sales & Marketing division on the end-to-end sales process and overall market support.

The goal of this role is to decrease time the Recruiters are spending on administrative tasks, allowing the team to focus on more strategic and business focused activities that will impact the division financially.

Job Requirements:

The successful candidate should have 2 years of professional experience. Proficiency with the following software and computer skills: Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and OneDrive. And the ability to learn new software quicky and meet strict timelines for various projects.

You should be a highly motivated, accountable, high integrity, self-starter with strong communication skills and a passion for the business.
