The Investment Banking Client Onboarding and Lifecycle Management ("IB COLM") / Client Office function is seeking an innovative, analytical, and highly qualified individual to join the Strategy, Change and Business Management team.

This role is well suited for an individual who enjoys solving problems, working in partnership with multiple business partners and thrives in a dynamic environment.

The IB COLM team exists to help protect the Firm from Regulatory and Reputational risk and manage the framework, processes, data and controls around Clients to allow IB personnel to perform their functions efficiently and optimally. It is a trusted partner to Coverage / Client Captains and Business Risk Owners by providing well-rounded client processes and views through aggregated MIS and associated client level risk metrics. The Team is also responsible for enforcing and implementing firm policy and procedures that ultimately set out its client risk appetite across legal, compliance, and reputational lenses.

In this rapidly changing space, the IB COLM/Client Office Team is evolving and exploring the use of new technology and methodologies to enable more effective risk management and processes.
Key Responsibilities


  • Support Head of Business Management, Strategy & Data Analytics
  • Assist with development and preparation of quality presentation and reporting materials for senior management / governance forums etc.
  • Improve and streamline internal reporting and presentation decks.
  • Support delivery on COLM strategy and priorities - assist in drafting business requirement documents etc.
  • Assist with project delivery as needed
  • Coordinate across cross-functional teams in multiple regions that vary in terms of size and degrees of seniority.
  • Prepare various analysis and presentations working in close partnership with IB COLM management team
  • Build trust-based relationships with senior leadership, management, and peers across Credit Suisse
