Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead business partners to elicit, define, and document clear, concise, and measurable business requirements
  
  


• Plan and lead the requirements phase of a project, working closely with the scrum masters and product owners in the business and within IT
  
  


• Act as a subject matter expert for refining requirements and aligning those needs with business processes.
  
  


• Assesses, plans, monitors, evaluates and reports on project activities
  
  


• Participates in and/or facilitates the design, development, and implementation of new operational controls, performance metrics, information management systems, and automated processes.
  
  


• Facilitate requirements walkthroughs to ensure all business needs are captured and understood for a project
  
  


• Develop current state ("As Is") and future state ("To Be") business process flows
  
  


• Participate and drive Agile projects with the ability to create and refine Epics, Features and User Stories and also work in sprints within scrum teams required
  
  


• Manage user acceptance testing and support
  
  


• Identify and coordinate training requirements
  
  


• Coordinate and implement a communication plan working with business partners. Drafting communications.

Experience/Knowledge Requirements:

• Knowledge of systems development life cycle; particularly in requirements elicitation, analysis, technical data mapping, traceability & verification required
  
  


• Demonstrated knowledge and experience required to support complete life-cycle testing (integration, functional, user-acceptance, regression)
  
  


• Knowledge and experience with relational database concepts, SQL query techniques and application architecture required
  
  


• Solid understanding of the user experience with knowledge of usability best practices
  
  


• Experience with Business Process development and design
  
  


• Experience in the Health Care industry required
  
  


• Experience with Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) health care reform projects a plus
  
  


• Experience with Salesforce.com a plus
  
  

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of $56,100 - $93,500, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
