We're looking for a Vice President, Client Service, to lead Microsoft's thought leadership portfolio. You should be an experienced client service lead, someone who thrives off of energizing teams and bringing data to life in ways that will drive industry conversation and media buzz. You should be adept at assembling large working teams across the agency's resources (data, strategy, editorial, production, media), client teams, and cross-agency collaborations. You will confidently engage with top executives across Comms and Marketing to push ideas, shape opinions, and bring ideas to life.

More about your responsibilities:


    • Act as day-to-day contact for senior-level clients and develop deep relationships, providing strategic solutions on everything thought leadership

    • Exhibit solid understanding of key client information including general business strategy, industry issues, products and services offered, key customers, competitors

    • Lead multiple workstreams from strategy through execution; manage teams

    • Liaise and collaborate with internal teams and external agency partners; communicate cross-discipline deliverables and expectations

    • Spot opportunities for growth to drive additional revenue

    • Serve as a mentor and escalation point for junior staff and trusted advisor for senior staff

    • Display strong knowledge of the marketing mix, and the role each channel plays in the success of a campaign

About you:


    • Possess a minimum of 8 years' relevant full-time experience

    • Have served as a client service lead for a global technology brand

    • Have worked at a top tier PR, marketing, digital, or advertising agency

    • Have a deep curiosity about the world of technology and business in relation to the future of work and digital transformation

    • Possess a working knowledge and have interest in the research process from hypothesis development to survey development to campaign programs

    • Skilled in developing and executing thought leadership strategies and programs that have driven tangible results

    • Demonstrated skill in leading and energizing a team

    • Have accountability; reliably take ownership of work and responsibilities

    • Are innovative, collaborative, and a strong operational leader
