The Digital Media Specialist will pay an integral role in strengthening the Amneal brand's reach and reputation with key stakeholders via channels such as social media and internal communications. This role will help execute and refine our social media and internal communications strategies, tell the Amneal story via authentic and engaging content, build strong internal relationships to source a continuous flow of content, and monitor and report on our social media activities and channels.
Essential Functions
Support the execution of company’s social media strategy, in partnership with Amneal’s external social media agency
Support the creation and design of content (in partnership with Amneal’s external design and video resources) optimized for social platforms, specifically LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram & YouTube
Coordinate social media calendar
Cultivate partnerships with key internal stakeholders to foster a reliable and steady pipeline of content, aligned to social media strategy & relevant to key stakeholders and targeted audiences
Continuously evaluate & help refine social media strategy to ensure alignment with company’s Strategic Plan, evolving needs of the business and budget
Ensure all social activities align to company brand standards
Ensure all social media inquiries (i.e. posts, comments, tags, direct messages) are addressed in compliance with relevant regulations (i.e. Adverse Event Reporting) and company practices
Additional Responsibilities
Support a consistent, clear & authentic brand voice across all digital media channels
Help identify & support internal stakeholders that can become social influencers & thought leaders
Support company leaders in establishing purposeful social media profiles and engagement
Leverage social media monitoring tool and metrics to measure KPIs
Support Internal Communications & Engagement team
Education
Bachelors Degree (BA/BS) in Communications, Public Relations, or Marketing - Preferred
Work Experience
2 years or more Professional experience in social media or digital marketing - Required
